Your first box will ship within 7 business days of your first order. All renewal orders are shipped by the 15th of every month.
If you subscribe after the 15th as a new subscriber, you will receive your first Playful Trinkets the following month, along with your next Playful Trinkets.
It is your responsibility to cancel before then if you do not wish to renew. You will not be refunded if you cancel after your renewal order goes through, even if your order has not shipped.
